If you have Home insurance, your policy number will start with a 'Hi' E.g. Hi12345678.
If you have Motor insurance, your policy number will consist of ten numbers E.g. 0123456789 (if your policy number starts with 'RSAP', please enter only the numbers and ignore the letters).
